Ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for any occasion, this dessert delivers a luscious combination of textures and flavors that satisfy both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale

Cream Mixture

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar

Soaking Liquid

  • 200ml espresso or strong coffee, cooled

Layers

  • 2024 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 34 Kinder Bueno bars, broken into pieces

Topping

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture: Beat the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light, airy cream layer that melts in your mouth.
  2. Brew and Cool the Coffee: Prepare a strong espresso or coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Optionally, sweeten slightly with sugar. This coffee will be used to soak the ladyfingers, imparting traditional tiramisu flavor.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, ensuring not to soak them too long to avoid sogginess. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in your serving dish or individual cups. Spread half of the creamy mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Break Kinder Bueno bars into pieces and sprinkle generously on top.
  4. Repeat and Finish: Repeat the ladyfinger soaking and layering process once more. Finish with the remaining mascarpone cream, then top with broken Kinder Bueno pieces and dust the surface evenly with unsweetened cocoa powder for a decadent finish.

Notes

  • Use chilled mascarpone to make mixing easier and maintain cream stability.
  • Don’t over-soak ladyfingers; a quick dip ensures they absorb enough coffee without becoming mushy.
  • Crush Kinder Bueno fresh just before serving to preserve their crunch.
  • Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld perfectly.
  • Even, thin layers create a better texture and balanced bite every time.
